What it is

Just Bhringraj. Nothing else.

Bhringraj, known in traditional texts as Kesharaja — The King of Hair, has been used in hair-care rituals for generations. Made from the dried herb, it naturally contains coumestans, alkaloids, flavonoids, triterpenes, polyacetylenes, phytosterols, saponins and tannins that have made it one of the most respected ingredients in traditional hair care.
Its strongest association has always been with hair. Bhringraj Powder is commonly used in hair packs and scalp-care preparations for hair growth, hair fall care, strengthening roots and improving the appearance of hair density. It is also widely used in routines focused on premature greying, dandruff care and overall scalp health.
Because of its reputation, Bhringraj is often combined with other well-known hair-care ingredients. Amla Powder is a particularly popular companion, creating a hair pack that combines nourishment with scalp care. Neem Powder is commonly added when dandruff care is the primary focus. More elaborate hair rituals may also include Hibiscus Powder alongside Bhringraj and Amla.
Beyond hair care, Bhringraj also appears in traditional skincare preparations. It is commonly used in face packs and body-care applications for acne-prone skin, skin inflammation and cooling self-care rituals. It also finds a place in anti-ageing formulations that rely on familiar plant-based ingredients.
While many ingredients participate in hair-care rituals, few have earned a title of their own. Bhringraj’s reputation as Kesharaja reflects the special place it continues to hold in traditional hair care.
What we carry is single-ingredient bhringraj powder — dried and powdered. No additives. No fragrance. No fillers. Just bhringraj, the way it has always been used.

Ritual Context
Few ingredients earned titles of their own. Bhringraj became known as Kesharaja — the King of Hair — because of its long association with hair-care rituals. Mixed into hair packs, oils and scalp preparations, it became a familiar ingredient wherever healthy-looking hair was the goal.
